A day to get together, crop together, laugh together, and get some stuff done.

Please bring a potluck item for the day; there will be a sign up sheet for potluck items.

Dates: January 20 • February 17 • March 17
Crop Time: 9:00am-8:00pm
Cost: $10.00 (Payment by cash or email money transfer only)
Please note: Payment is required to secure your spot, you are not
                  considered registered until payment is received.

We will provide:
5'x30" table and swivel chair.
Plates, cups, cutlery, and serviettes.
Water.

Coffee and tea are available for 75¢ per cup.
(Sugar, stevia, coffee mate, cream, and various flavored creamers are provided)

PLEASE NOTE - in consideration of other participants, no babies or small children please.

What we need to know when you register
Who you would like to sit with?
If you are bringing anything machines, please bring an extension cord.
If you have any food allergies (some substitutions may be available).
Your phone number and email address to send out any additional information about the event.

Please note our policy in the event that you have to cancel your registration
You may "sell" or "transfer" your spot to someone else with Love is in the Details' consent. If you are doing this, you must provide us, in writing, the contact information for your replacement. If there is a waiting list for an event, we will attempt to assist you in finding a replacement. If we fill your spot, you will only be charged the initial cancellation fee.
If you must cancel, and your spot cannot be filled, you will be granted a refund based on the below timetables.
Cancellation 31+ days before event: Refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee
Cancellation 1-30 days before event: No Refund
There are no refunds for "No Shows." You will be considered a "No Show" if you do not attend the event and do not notify us prior to the event. NO registration fee will be refunded.
ALL cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
If an event needs to be cancelled due to weather, the event will be rescheduled for a later date, and no refunds will be given.
