But first, I’m going to pour a cup of strong java and enjoy Chelsea’s reveal for Creative Team Sunday.  Let’s check out what Chelsea picked.  (full product list at end of blog post).

What a super cool sign for your daughter’s bedroom door Chelsea - I love the *knock three times* at the bottom.

Tayla was at our *Cruise Crop* with Chelsea and Brayden, and not only was she a fabulous new scrapper, she also was a mighty fine big sister - she was so good with Brayden - it was so nice to see her being so caring and loving.

Makenna always makes us smile when Chelsea does layouts of her.  Isn’t she so adorable!

And here is Chelsea with Brayden, the new little guy in her life that has been keeping her so busy.  i absolutely love this layout, I would say it’s my favorite item from this reveal.

Chelsea, your reveal is absolutely gorgeous, you creativity with this Bo Bunny Flower Child line is splendid indeed.  You are a busy Mom, and we appreciate that you make time during your schedule to create a reveal for all of us.  Magnificent, thank you!

I love that she picked cards - I have such a hard time making cards so I’m anxious to see hers and get some ideas.  In Amber’s gallery you will find a complete list of the products she used under each one of her designs.

Amber and her hubby have a 15th wedding anniversary coming up.  I’m sure this is what this gorgeous card is for.  We are all wondering what he is going to surprise her with as Amber found a few hints she wasn’t supposed to.  I sure hope he lets her know soon, lol, so that we all can find out what it is.

The red on the kraft looks fabulous.

Amber has been busy doing some Tim Holtz distress inking and blending too.  Looks incredible!

Amber, you did an amazing job with these cards - I just love them.  I love how you combined many different techniques on these cards, and showed how gorgeous the colors look against the kraft background.  Beautifully done!

One thing I doing is organizing my scrappy stuff!
I think that when you find a way to organize your stuff that works and feels right for you, it can make scrapbooking easier and more enjoyable. Then you spend time creating, not looking at your supplies.

This week I thought I would share some ways I like to store my ribbons. I love ribbon and I like being able to see them. That way when you need a color you are not digging for it. I do not like my ribbon to be wrinkled, which is what happened when I had it wrapped around bobbin winders and filed in a box. I had seen a product similar to this but decided to make my own.
I used paper bobbin winders.  (Michael’s or Walmart has these near embroidery thread), a slot punch, shower curtain rings (from Walmart).

I used the slot paper punch (from Stampin’ Up) to punch holes at the top and bottom of the bobbin winder, then I slipped my ribbon through the bobbin winders and hooked them (organized by color) onto the shower curtain rings. It also looks great on the wall of your room.

The other way I have some ribbons organized is to store them in buckets (these buckets I picked up at Dollarama).  I store them this way because they do not fit into to the “by color” or rainbow method of organizing. I have three ribbon buckets. They are marked scrap ribbons, themed ribbons, wide ribbons. Scrap ribbons are very small pieces, themed ribbons have a very specific theme that you can’t use for anything else, and wide ribbons are ribbons I would probably use more for wrapping.
I took the buckets and punched holes in them using my Crop-a-Dile punch, made labels on the computer, and attached it to the bucket with a rhinestone brad (gotta have the bling!)
