Organization + Prettiness + Productive

Happy Sunday everyone!

Little question to start things off…how do you prepare for the week? Do you plan as you go? Do you have a day dedicated to planning? Is it a project for the week or the weekend? (I guess that’s a few questions…)

For me, planning kind of happens whenever and however, sometimes its simple and sometimes its fancy. This time it happened with some flowery goodness…so… I think I’ll call it fancy ;)

This week I spent some time looking through several home decor magazines to find some florals or greenery to use for my next project. While I found several options, these blush flowers were simply too pretty not to use, and so they became my inspo.

I used products from a variety of lines, beginning with the obvious carpe diem planner and stickers from simple stories. Most of the other embellishments are from crate paper, a company whose products you will likely find in many of my projects.

Unfortunately, my writing needs a bit of work…as you can tell. However, hopefully Lori will teach her writing craft soon, as the store is now settled in the new location. I thought of using the typewriter for all of my writing, but unfortunately the font was too big, so I resorted to using it only for the (date) numbers and hand writing the rest.

For my planner pouches, I simply cut a few rectangles from paper, stuck them into the pouches with a few die cuts, and topped it all off with a gold, puffy heart from crate paper.

And lastly, I couldn’t resist styling the flowers and greenery on their own…the blush tones with the eucalyptus greens are simply too pretty!

Thanks for stopping by!

Looks great! I need to get more into my planning! I feel the same way about my hand writing……I would live to learn some lettering techniques ????

It’s great to see your planner Natalja, it’s neat to see how everyone sets theirs up. Now to get you out of the flowery
stuff and into some bright colours  ; )
