Hey, Baby!!

Hi everyone!  I have a some cards to show you today that I made back, a few weeks ago, when I made this layout.  I really love these Placemats papers by Jillibean Soups, and they work for both layouts and cards!

This first card was simple and easy!  I just laid the circle die-cut paper on top of some patterned paper and trimmed it with a machine stitched blue paper edge.  And there’s another of those wood veneer butterflies with some rub-on embellishing.  For the sentiment, I stamped onto vellum paper and layered it between the die-cut paper and the patterned paper.

For this card, I did a repeat of the same technique I played with on the layout - backing each circle with a different patterned paper, and then popping up the die cut paper with dimensional adhesive.  And how cute is that little wood veneer fox?!

Once I finished with the two Placemats cards, I still had some supplies laying around that I really wanted to use, so I made this card!

Now I need some babies to be born, so I can send these cute cards to welcome them!!

Thanks for stopping by today!
